*Top 5 Best Web Browsers for iPhone* /iMore.com

Night Web Browser by Alex is THE ONLY web browser that lets you DIM 100% of your screen, including the keyboard, status bar, web videos like YOUTUBE and INSTAGRAM, Facebook etc.

Do you think that your iPhones/iPads screen is too bright when you look at it in the dark?

Night Web Browser allows you to surf the web in the dark without disturbing the one next to you and without straining your eyes.

Perfect for you who love doing some browsing before sleep without the risk of waking the one next to you because of the bright iPhone screen.

Night Web Browser lets you dim the screen including the keyboard to even less brightness than the minimum standard iPhone/iPad setting. You can simply access the brightness control whenever you want with just one tap in the browser.

NOTE THAT ONLY CONTENTS IN THE WEB BROWSER CAN BE DIMMED, NOT THE ENTIRE iOS!

Features:
- Brightness control/Darkness boost
- Night mode with warmer color temperature
- Search instantly in the address field and choose from search results that instantly appear as you type
-Choose your Google language in settings
- Swipe for back/forward navigation like in Safari
- Tabs
- Bookmarks
- Modern minimal design
- 64-bit support

Pros and cons of Night Web Browser by Alex app for iPhone and iPad

Night Web Browser by Alex app good for

Works exactly as described. Please read app description - its a perfect dimmable web browser - and thats exactly what you get. Props on the red filter, which is great in reducing eye strain. This app is 99 cents people. Not annoying your spouse when reading at night - priceless.
Now it is much easier to read something in the dark, because the white screen doesnt hurts in my eyes
I kept complaining about surfing at night - okay my wife kept complaining about me surfing at night. Stock dimmer is still too bright. This app is perfect. Yes its only one tab but thats all I need for the limited time at night using it. Kudos!!
A little clunky and doesnt have all the functionality Im used to, but has multiple browser windows you can scroll through and the dimmer works well.
Only app in AppStore so far to dim Iphone screen to almost zero which is perfect for nighttime because default lowest iOS brightness is still too bright for night reading. Would be better with option to hide the bottom status bar or auto hide.

Some bad moments

The app crashes every time I try to open it. Please fix this!
Crashes before it even opens. Didnt used to have this problem, it was great when I could use it.
I thought it would dim my whole phone so i could text too but the app is basically a search engine with the ability to dim only in-app...
Loses the address quite often when loading a new page and crashes. Also, it cant open multiple tabs even though it is supposed to be able to. The tinting feature does nothing, however the brightness one is pretty good. Could be dimmer, but its better than nothing. Improperly loads images often, and cant download images. Says it saves them, yet they dont appear in photoalbum. Theres no way to view cookies, history, or even simply see that the cache has truly been cleared. After the most recent update, adding bookmarks doesnt work anymore. All-in-all, good concept, mediocre execution.
Great for surfing the web. Dims the screen only for web surfing. I was looking for something to dim the entire iOS, but this will work for now...
Dims appropriately for web-surfing within the app itself, but it doesnt work for the iPhone outside of this app. Moderately disappointing, considering most of my pre-bed activities involve separate gaming apps or texting.
